The LOCKK Riders arrived at Glaister Old Age Home on Saturday, May 31, with boots and leather jackets and engines purring...
But before you think the neighbours might have run and hid in fear of the big bad bikers, they pulled out picnic baskets and gathered up all the old people for a drink and a braai.
LOCKK Riders president Dewald Weyers led the bikers as they raised fun for their charity of 2014, which is Glaister Old Age Home in Colenso.
At the beginning of May, they held a potjiekos competition at Battlefields Lodge, where they raised funds for the home.
On the 31st, they went to hand over a cheque of R7500 to the old age home.
As usual, the social bunch took the opportunity to mingle with the oldies.
Battlefields bottle store donated the food, and the bikers brought the fun.
